1. Order Processing TimeStandard Cards:Orders for non-customized cards (PVC) placed before 06:00 PM (GST) are typically processed and dispatched on the same business day.Custom Cards:Please allow 2-3 business days for production and laser engraving of custom logo or metal cards before dispatch.

While we ensure our cards function with compatible devices, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every smartphone model, especially older devices that lack NFC capabilities.
* Lifetime Service: "Lifetime usage" refers to the lifetime of the physical product. We reserve the right to discontinue digital hosting services with reasonable notice (minimum 90 days) in the unlikely event of business closure.3. Returns and Refunds* Standard Cards: You may return undamaged standard cards (Matte Black/White) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
* Custom Cards: Customized products (featuring your name or logo) are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrives damaged.4. User ConductYou agree not to use the TapSwift platform to host or share content that is:
* Illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activities under UAE law.
* Defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
* Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
* We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms without refund.5.
